Return Policy

We do not accept requests for returns due to internal policies. Return requests will only be considered if your order is misplaced. If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 1 days of delivery before sending the order back to us. Please include images of received items if your order has been misplaced. If your return request is approved, you must send the items in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Spy Deals reserves the right to reject a request for return.

All surveillance products are non-refundable. Please ensure you are satisfied completely before completing a purchase. Exchanges may be carried out, if unopened and unused, within 24 hours at the discretion of the manager with a 20% re-stocking and handling fee minus Postage and Packing Custom made items can’t be refunded or exchanged.
